Power Yoga

Morning Flow

Start your day with Morning Flow, a gentle and rejuvenating yoga class. Awaken your body and mind through fluid movements, breath awareness, and mindful stretches. Set a positive tone for the day ahead as you cultivate inner peace and flexibility in this refreshing morning practice. 

Relax & Flow

Indulge in the perfect blend of relaxation and fluid movement with our Relax and Flow class. Unwind as you gently flow through soothing yoga sequences, focusing on deep stretches, breath awareness, and relaxation techniques. Find inner calm, release tension, and restore balance. 

Pricing

Here are our current pricing options:

Single Class Drop-in: 10€

This option allows you to attend a single yoga or pilates class of your choice.

​

Class Packages:

5-Class Package: 40€

 

​The class packages provide flexibility and savings for regular attendees. You can use the classes within 2 months of purchase, and choose any combination of 1h yoga and pilates group sessions.

 

The Friday 3:30 PM class is 90 minutes long and drop-in price only.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
 

  1. Reservation and Payment:

    • Classes must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting our studio directly.

    • Payment for the class is required before the start of the class at the Studio. 

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class or no-shows will be charged the full class fee.

  3. Refunds:

    • Once a class or a class package is booked and paid for, all sales are final, and no refunds or transfers will be provided for cancellations or no-shows.

  4. Class Etiquette:

    • Arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts to ensure a smooth check-in process.

    • Please respect the instructor and other participants by refraining from disruptive behavior during the class.

    • Turn off or silence your mobile devices before entering the studio.

  5. Health and Safety:

    • It is important to inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to the class.

    • Listen to your body and modify or skip any poses that may cause discomfort or strain.

    • Our studio is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the class.

  6. Studio Policies:

    • Food and beverages other than water are not allowed in the studio.

    • All personal belongings should be stored securely in the designated area.

By booking a yoga or pilates class at our studio, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all participants.
